Whether you'd like a gift box of premium chocolates sent as a surprise or a selection of lollipops set aside for pickup, here's how it all works.
We ship nationwide most weekdays. Place your order before 2pm and we'll dispatch your confectionery the same day, arriving within 2–3 business days. Express delivery is available for orders placed before noon. A small shipping fee applies based on your location, with free delivery on orders over £50.
Order your favorites online and collect at your convenience. We'll have everything beautifully packaged and waiting for you at the counter at your chosen time — just let us know your name when you arrive.
All our sweets and confectionery are made fresh to order. Our chocolates, gummy candy, and handcrafted lollipops are best enjoyed within days of purchase for optimal flavor and texture. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Planning a party, event, or looking to stock your office? We love large orders — just give us a week's notice so we can prepare the perfect selection without running out. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Need to modify or cancel your order? Let us know before we begin preparation and we'll adjust or refund without issue. Once your sweets are packed with your name on it, changes may not be possible.
